Getting started

Welcome to CashflowLoop

Here's what happens after you hit Subscribe — confirmation email, dashboard access, when your Binance grid bot goes live, and how to read the bot status panel.

1

Confirmation email

Sent within a few minutes of clicking Subscribe. If it doesn't show up, check your spam or promotions folder. Reply to the email (or forward it to hello@cashflowloop.com) and we'll resend it.

2

Dashboard access

Your /dashboard page opens the bot status + P&L panel any time. The same page refreshes automatically as the bot goes live, so you can come back to it from the nav at any point.

3

Bot activation (within 1 business day)

Because the CashflowLoop owner connects the Binance account on your behalf, we activate yours within 1 business day of your subscription. Until then the dashboard shows Waiting — that's the expected state, not an error.

4

Reading the bot status + P&L panel

Your dashboard shows four cells at a glance:

Trading pair — the market the bot is gridding (e.g. ETH/USDT).
Grid range — the low and high of your current price band.
Unrealized P&L — the open profit on filled grid orders, signed (green positive, red negative).
Last heartbeat — when the bot last checked in with Binance.

The status pill changes as the bot moves through its states:

Running Stopped Offline Waiting

Running means orders are live. Stopped means the bot is intentionally paused. Offline means we can't reach Binance. Waiting is the pre-activation state — it's what you'll see first.

CashflowLoop is read + trade-only — your funds stay on your own Binance account. v1 has no automatic payouts: CashflowLoop does not move money, and no bank deposits from CashflowLoop are possible. To withdraw, log in to Binance directly and use Spot → Withdraw to move funds from your spot wallet to fiat (or anywhere else) on your own terms.
